The Particulars: Thousand Island is a dressing some shy away from... I am here to tell you to 100% jump on this salad! The fresh veggies, dressing and homemade crunch make this salad seriously fun. Mixed greens and Romaine will be topped with Shredded Cabbage, Chopped Cucumber, Shredded Carrots, Sweet Corn, Tomato, and homemade Salad Crunch (seasoned Sunflower Seeds, Pepitas, Almonds). The Particulars: I love taco bowls, and this salad cures my craving. Sweet Potato will be tossed in fun spices such as Cumin and Chipotle Chili Powder and then perfectly roasted. The Particulars: This is one of my favorite Indian Dishes. It is mild in spice but big in flavor. Cauliflower, Potatoes, Peas, Onions, Tomatoes, Cilantro, are cooked with traditional herbs and spices. It will be placed in a foil container with fragrant Basmati Rice that has been cooked with spices. A small container of cucumber onion, Raita will be served on the side. The Particulars: I absolutely love a good Shepherds Pie. Here I will take TVP ground "Beef", Carrots, Onions, Corn, Spinach, Peas, Green Beans, Garlic, Tomato Paste, Red wine, no "beef" broth, herbs and spices and make a delicious base. Cauliflower Faux-tator Salad
The Particulars: A fun low-carb spin on a creamy classic. Cauliflower will be quick roasted to take the raw bite out. Then it will be mixed with Celery, Dill Pickles, Red & Green Onion, Parsley, and a creamy Vegan Dressing made from Veganaise, Dijon, ACV, herbs and spices.
