Asparagus, Bean Sprouts, Thai Basil, Cilantro, Green Onions, Lime Wedge, and a delicious Lemongrass Tofu (Lemongrass, Rice Vinegar, Maple, GF Tamari, Garlic, Chili) will come together for this amazing Pad Thai salad. The Particulars: This was a HUGE hit when we made it last time! Been craving some delicious Indian inspired dishes. Here I will take Soy Curls (rehydrated in veggie broth give a perfect Chick'n texture), Paneer Cheese, Onions, Garlic, Mixed Veggies, Tomato, Coconut Milk, Indian Herbs/Spices and simmer it all together.
