The Particulars: These fluffy, cafe style Pumpkin muffins will be a perfect on the go snack or compliment to your morning cuppa. Peanut Butter Miso Cups
The Particulars: Like a Peanut Butter Cup, but so much more... GF Oats will get mixed with Maple Syrup, Peanut Butter, and Miso. The oat mixture will be placed in a muffin cup and topped with an additional creamy sweet/salty Peanut Butter Miso center. Finally a spoonful of Vegan Dark chocolate goes on top to with a sprinkle of Maldon Salt make this a delightfully sinful and healthy snack.

Caesar Pasta Salad
The Particulars: This side salad will put a pep in your step! Perfectly cooked Pasta, Kale, and homemade Pickled Onions, will be tossed in Homemade Caesar Dressing made from Veganaise, Cashew Coconut Yogurt, Capers, Nutritional Yeast, Garlic, Onion, Lemon, Miso, and Dijon. Some Crispy Chickpeas and Vegan Cashew Parmesan sprinkle will garnish the top! (Vegan *Contains Cashew/Coconut)

Ramen Noodle Peanut Bowl
The Particulars: A fun take on a cold Ramen noodle salad. Mixed Greens will sit next to traditional Ramen noodles. A topping of Cucumbers, Sliced Radish, Shredded Carrots, Cabbage, and Edamame will add the fun crunch. Thin sliced Jalapeno, Green Onions, Cilantro, Mint, and a Lime Wedge will make this salad perfect. A delicious Peanut dressing made with Peanut Butter, GF Tamari, Sriracha, Lime, Maple Syrup, Coconut Milk, and Garlic. Outstanding!

Persian Salad w/ Sunshine Vinaigrette
The Particulars: This herbal salad begins with Mixed Greens...Fresh chopped Bell Peppers, Cucumbers, Radish, Chopped Red Onion will bring on the crunch, lots of Parsley, Mint, Dill, Feta, and a scoop of seasoned chickpeas and seasoned quinoa will add a nice dose of protein. Summer Lemon Orzo Soup
The Particulars: I know it's not summer, but this Vibrant, bright, full of flavor soup is the perfect substitute. A mirepoix of Onions, Carrots, Celery will come together with a Garlic potato broth, Baby Spinach, Orzo, Navy Beans, Lemon, and fresh Dill. Hearty Cabbage Stew
The Particulars: This humble and healthy soup is not short on flavor. If you haven’t had cabbage soup, think about a bowl of rich broth, large chunks of veggies, and yummy spices! Indian Chick'n Tikka Masala
The Particulars: This was a HUGE hit when we made it last time! Been craving some delicious Indian inspired dishes. Here I will take Soy Curls (rehydrated in veggie broth give a perfect Chick'n texture), Paneer Cheese, Onions, Garlic, Mixed Veggies, Tomato, Coconut Milk, Indian Herbs/Spices and simmer it all together. Roasted Cheesy Cauliflower Bake
The Particulars: The perfect side dish to a Nourished Soup or Salad. Cauliflower will be Seasoned and Roasted and tossed in a creamy Cheese Sauce made from Sauteed onions, Garlic, Butter, Parmesan, Dijon, Cheddar Cheeses and GF Flour.
